Very very nice staff, luxury and great bedrooms. Breakfast was incredible - plenty of dishes. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. Efficient check in and in general exceptional service. There was a perfect restaurant, shops and a supermarket next door. 15 km away from Bristol airport.
